Dear All,
First of all thanks to all of you to advice me. I have made myself very much neutral to them. Most of the time we have professional talks and no personnal talks.
I came to know from other members of HR, that have really some problem. They have kept themselves within the team only. Whereas, I like to interact with everyone and like to know about everything about other HR activities, which they dont like about me.
So, finally I have decided be professional with them (very less talks) as they are my team members. I respect them as they are my seniors. But at the same time I cant change myself. Becoz I am very ambitious, I eant to reach on some height for which I have to interact with everyone and have to learn gifferent things.
