We can meet informally at some place on a sunday preferably on 10th September around 3 PM. The choice of the venue is left to you people. You may give some suggestions regarding the venue. There, we can discuss and finalise the date for the meet, programme, venue, arrangements etc., You can mail me your suggestions to my mail Id -

You are right! Even inspite of our pre-occupations we have to see that our meet preparations should move forward. In fact. I had asked our friends at Bangalore to suggest the venue for the informal meet. I spoke to Sidhu and Bharathi today. They are all keen to meet and discuss the preparations for the final meet. Definitely I am calling our friends who have shown interest in taking up the responsibilities and get their opinions regarding the venue for our informal meet. Why members are not showing zeal to meet??????
Reasons may be????
1) What are the benefit???
2) Wastage of Time???
3) Wastage of Money???
Now you may pls, write to members that why there is need of such meet..........
One more thing, I would suggest you that WHY WE ARE NOT THINKING TO INVITE BIG HR PERSONALITIES/ PROFESSIONALS TO MAKE SUCH MEET FRUITFUL AND USEFUL TO MEMBERS?????
If we do, certainly we will get some positive thing........

I am sure our forum members do understand the answers for the questions you have asked if and only if they have viewed the citehr site properly, participated in the discussions, posted some queries etc., The meet will be the congregation of all the experienced and non-experienced people who are in the HR. The non-experienced people who have come in to the HR activities newly due to compulsion or by liking, and have limitations to know some details or hesitation to ask, can interact with the professionals in the field and get their doubts cleared and I am sure they will make a headway in their profession. I feel our friends should apply themselves that this is a very good opportunity and to make best use of this!
Regarding your second suggestion, yes I am for it and am thinking of inviting the HR bigwigs from big Organisations who have made name in terms of good HR practices, Employee treatment etc., so that all of us get benefitted. This can all be included and implemented only if our FRIENDS show some interest and participate in the event.
