Best one, i never thought that i vl be having that kind of result. I njoyed it. Can you tell me how to design it. Wanted to impliment such kind of activity in my organisation to know competability of the employees. Please tell me how can i?

It's not a bad test.
There were a few questions that had some grammar type errors that made them a little difficult to understand:
Example:
I can think of occasions when I have done that I really should not have?
Should be:
I can think of occasions when I have done things that I really should not have?
Be careful when using these types of assessments in recruiting, they should be used in conjunction with behavioural type interviews to ensure that you are getting a complete picture of the candidate. It's very easy for candidates to answer questions like these the way that a potential employer would want them answered when it's really not their nature at all.

Hi,
I took the test. Like most I also have got Very Good. I guess you should add more questions and then give a result similar to the kind they do with MBTI or 16 PF etc.
Ser 17. The ques is slightly vague. In the present form it says "There are few things that really worry me?". It can mean- "Hardly few things really worry me" or " Few things have me really worried". Which one did you mean?

Hi Again,
I also took the GK , English Sentence correction and English Meaning tests out of curiosity. There are a number of spelling mistakes in the meaning tests. Ser 2 Forfeit and one of its answer should have read as Lose instead of Hose; another one Companion has been misspelled.
By the way it would be better to show the right answers too along with the result so that we go back wiser.
