I passed M.B.A (HR) in 2005 an got a job in an MNC as HR and ADMIN executive soon after my studies. I was very intersted to join SAP HR course, But had soo many doubts in my mind like whether i could be settled in a good job, will the course be useful to me to fetch a good job. I attended many demos. After that i came to know that SAP HR is a good course, especially to the Guys n gals who want to make career in HR department.where u do the course is not that important, but how good u practice it is atmost important.
so people who have strong desire to grow in the HR field must do it.
and after doing SAP HR companies will be selecting us as END users After gaining experience u will be promoted as SAP Consultant.

ONE IS FUNCTIONAL AND THE OTHER ONE IS SUPPORT CONSULTANT.
But i am more interested to work on sap -HR support consultant
and as far as my work experience is concerned i have 21/2 years domain experience As HR-Executive
but am Not interested to work as a software developer kind of thing which you told sap-functional ie we need to implement according to the organisational need.
(1)So can you please tell me which is the best one among this two
(2) whether can i go for sap-HR support consultant
(3) IS THERE ANY SEPARATE COURSE FOR THIS OR
SAP HR is the one which i need to take course from the training institues.
(And i have few lists of Sap hr in Hyderabad where they are offering this courses: Reliance, Version IT, Emax,Intergr8IT, EPIC,Methodox)
so please tell me the best training institue with the details of address, contact number.

I am a student of a B School in Pune ( HR specialisation). In our Course Curriculum , SAP is compulsary right for sem 2 . I hav been learning SAP (HR Module) and lemme tell you .. Its one software which is of immense power . You can virtually perform all functions including Manpower Planning , Staffing , Performance Appraisals , Compensation Designs , Designing Time Schedules , Leaves ,Schedule Trainings , Sussession Planning , Creating Virtual Organisation , Forecasting , Attrition Analysis etc etc etc ....
And beleive me .. I havn't touched even the tip of iceberg ..
Its a damn interesting software and of much value to all HR professionals( for that matter any professional) in future too with the amagamation of IT with the HR function
Do write to me for specific doubts regarding the software..
