Dear Indu Garu
In this situation we write letter mentioning that we are working as per direction of so and so office and request for extension letter by mail as well as by hand and take receiving of the letter. Further we submit the request letter through proper channel i.e. through diary/ mail receiving clerk. and keep all the record with us. And keep on writing to different senior authorities after every 15-20 days. That record is evidence that we are working and that help us to take payment. it is important to write and meet senior authority so that no one can deny that you have not raise the issue to senior. as you have experienced that every now and than officer get transferred. whether you are working with Govt or Pvt. company keep all the records of mail/letter.
