Employee will get treatment from ESIC dispensary /Hospital and wages benefit also if the accident is within the duty hours then submit form 12 online ( accident report)

Before submitting an online accident report, please firstly check the type of accident. In cases of normal injury, there is no requirement to submit an accident report. You can only submit an accident report in the event of a fatal accident, if a complaint has been filed at the police station, if an FIR has been registered, and if there has been a death of the IP.
