1. Recognizing people who come early and go late.
2. You arrange painting competition for the Kid's of the employees, the best painting can be used for the company calendar.
3. Ethnic Day Celebrations.
4. Recognizing the employee who refers large number of candidates ( Cost given to hiring agencies is saved).
5. Team Out etc.

Try to form small small groups (max 6 persons); identify a leader from them (voluntary or vice versa) ask them to come with their own thought process but ensure that it should be with in the company limit. This will be like a brain storming session for each team which will add stimulai apart from their normal work routine. We can identify hidden talents from the pool too.......
