Now a days no body is checking whether you are working/worked .
They will see your performance in the current job.
If the work is satisfactory, they will continue in the job, otherwise they will dispense you from service in the probation period.
The probation period will be for this purpose only.

Hi
I am associated with an HR Services company which also does background verifications.
Background verifications are done very thoroughly and some of the established companies go many steps ahead to ensure the person they are hiring is the right choice.
So Never, Ever Fake anything in your CV.You might get lucky once or twice, but not every time.
Once the truth comes out you could ruin your entire career.
If the Industry in which you work is small ,The word spreads around fast
A lot of companies are ok with candidates who have taken a sabbatical in their careers ,this could be for family, illness, entrepreneurial pursuit.... could be for anything but no one wants liars
So pls don't do anything which spoils your entire career

I suggest you spin your resume to remove the assignments that shows you’re less committed to your present career goals rather than adding fake experience. Regards, Abhishek HR Manager

Hi All, my problem is that, O started my career with BPO and after working in BPO, my experience has become worthless. I have been trying to shift to day job but in vain. Situation has gone so worse that, I had to leave the job to give priorities to my family which as I was cut off from my family during night shift days.
But now I am unemployed, despite of the fact that I have very good analytical as well as communication skills. I have been excellent in reporting, presentation. I even have experience in software testing which I did in my last organisation. The only thing that I dont possess is a BE Degree. Its been more than a year and I am notgetting hired. being honest, I am not getting opportunity.

What does it mean by Pre and Post Background Verification in TCS? Does it mean a verification which they say Green at present time they can say that red in future?
My first company is closed, don't know how will they verify now or they are already done but I am not hearing any query from them currently, can it happen that they will ask it after I join TCS and then put me on stake by questioning where are Form 16, account statement etc. I am having exp and releasing letter only and that was a very small company of 10-15 people only, even not a PVT LTD company. I worked in that some 8 years ago and after that I have already worked in two Big MNC.
