Asking the question with the title "Which domain in HR is better for women?" forced many members to reply, and somebody rightly replied stating, "Please tell which domain in HR is better" justifies itself.

Dear Twinkle,
I basically believe that Talent Acquisition is the best thing that you can take into prior consideration with respect to analyzing people. You can also collaborate a bit of psychology by incorporating psychometric testing methods like MBTI, 16PF, Johari Window, BARS, etc. Gamification and Cloud are the buzzwords these days, so amalgamating them to form a core HR structure would be fruitful and can provide better insight into your goals and aspirations. You can also incline yourself towards Training and Development, which includes "Train the Trainer" Programs, etc. I would like you not to be generalized by the hoi polloi in believing that there is a particular niche for women in HR. As Steve Jobs used to say, "Love your job, and you would feel content and happy." Even John Lennon's mum used to tell him to be happy. Regarding motivation and morale theories, morale is directly proportional to productivity. So, the crux is to be happy in whatever you do, and you would reach the zenith of success.
I hope these suggestions are helpful to you.
Best regards,
