Hello everyone,

My dad was working with a steel industry for the past 8 to 9 years. However, a few months ago, they forced him to resign. After my dad completed all the documents for the final settlement, including PF and gratuity, the company is now holding them and accusing him of fraud, which is false. It has been almost 2 months, and my father has not received his gratuity, PF, and final settlement.

Kindly guide on what needs to be done next and how my father can prove his innocence to receive his full and final settlement.
