No Appointment Letter Given, Please Advice.


Sir,
in contract labour act of ap prescribed the form 14 for engagement of labour by the contractor. Like other forms for muster roll, wage sheet etc.,
hence, it is also responsibility of the employer to issue appointment letter which is binding factor for employment.
