If the Corporate Office/Administrative Office is located within the factory premises, then we do not need to go for registration under the Shops and Commercial Establishment Act. However, if the Corporate Office/Administrative Office premises are outside the factory premises, then we have to obtain a Registration Certificate under the Shops and Commercial Establishment Act.
