Jagdish,
If you need help to "resolve some doubt regarding HR" then please use the research box at the top of every page here at CiteHR. If you still require help AFTER reading the information that is posted here in abundance on ALL HR topics, THEN post a question to the group, and we will help.
You DO NOT need to ask people to disclose confidential information about contacts. You should also bear in mind that it may not be convenient for people to take your call, nor might they want to be getting calls all the time from people they do not know. If you have a busy job, this is the last thing you would want.
We need to learn to respect other people and their time.
CiteHR is a bountiful resource on all aspects of HR. Please use it to solve your problems, AND to add to the information already here.

Exactly you said it Mr.Saswatabanerjee.
Being a Sr.Executive in HR Mr.Jagadish is not aware of the burden of HR personals to maintain good relationships with everyone and keeping the privacy.
Thanks.
Mr.Jagadish,
Actually I started this thread to collect the advice only, not to get the contacts, If you are wise you can have the contacts from your surroundings Mr.Jagadish, search for it in you DB.

Seeking contacts of HR professionals - honestly, even if someone shares the database, it won't really help much.
It is not knowing and netowrking with every other HR professional that will make some one succeed.
While I was a new person to the industry, looking for job, opportunities, I too had this feeling, if I get few contacts from somewhere. I never got, but that never demotivated me. I kept on doing my duty, searched for people, knew them, there are people who contacted me to know more, share more, discuss more. I am happy with it.
Rather than we spamming around to people's inbox, I believe first know the people, contribute your best so that you are recognised else, the calls are ignored, messages deleted and mails are reported spam / junk.
All the best.
