Hello Mr. Bhatia,
Your advice makes a lot of sense, but this applies more in the offline world. The issue is that in a text-only medium, it is extremely difficult to be certain of the tone of the posted message. This becomes a bigger problem when the message is intended in a corporate-type environment, where most people are on guard against criticism or they don't really see the other parties as authority figures. Thus, to make this work, it is of paramount importance that politeness is maintained. This space was never meant for criticism but rather for solutions to problems faced in corporate issues.
It is best that we don't worry about the repetition or novice'ness and concentrate on identifying the interesting threads. One way this can be done is by "following" the senior people - this will send you recommendations in the "recommended" tab, and collectively the seniors can identify the best threads where an input from them is warranted.

Let me just also say that Nashbramhal is a respected senior academician and his goal for being here is to help students understand the importance of proper research work. The problem is the new thread starters would not know that and its a stark contrast to what happens in the offline world where the words spoken are in a proper setting and your position is well known.
That reminds me of a case I had read related to a concert violinist. Here's the excerpt:
Joshua Bell is one of the finest classical musicians in the world.
The Washington Post conducted an experiment and put Joshua at the metro station like a street musician - and see what happened…
About a 1000 people passed by without noticing him - most thought the person was good but didn’t stand for more than a few minutes. Only a few recognized him - and a violinist who would make $100,000 per hour in a concert - made $32.

So many times the great masters have to pretend to be men under cloaks here - out to help others. They also need to leave behind their stage and all that come with it - the respect, the adulation, the credit. Nashbramhal made that decision a long time ago - and even though he gets criticism from many his goal remains clear. Some others don't mind being who they are in real life but they need to realize that this network is predominantly used by SME professionals who have never heard of these corporate heroes. So the stance these seniors need to take is not the same as someone who is a senior in an organisation - they are a community senior here and need to be patient and welcoming with the new users.

Boss2966,
Thank you very much for the reply. I know you are right, but I felt bad about the tone they used for someone who just wanted to increase knowledge. I really like being a part of CiteHR, and I am active in the discussions and posts. One of your moderators messaged me that I violated the rule by creating a new profile to highlight the issue. I really don't understand; if I wanted to highlight a fact without being known, what's the issue with it? I guess some people didn't like my reaction to the problem. Though it did not happen to me, at any time, anyone can publicly insult me, assuming that the question I asked was not up to their level. I am sorry, but this is not the way. They should not reply on such threads.

Dear Friend,

Please do not harbor feelings that someone will insult you. Here, we are all equals—no seniors, no juniors, no students, and no professionals. Whoever has a query can ask, and whoever has a response can provide it. If any miscommunication occurs, it may be unintentional and unknowingly caused. Therefore, even if something happens, please do not take it to heart.
Wishing you a great day ahead.
