I worked for IBM GTS for 9 months. I completed all the formalities as per IBM HR policy before quitting GTS. I appeared for a freshers GBS interview again and also received the LOI. It has only been 6 months since I left GTS.
Lately, I was told by one of IBM HR executives that the offer letter will not be sent, as 1 year is not completed post quitting the first job (as per IBM HR policy). However, nothing has been communicated to me yet. So, will I get the offer letter to join GBS again?
