She is entitled for the relieve letter from the company but she should not even ask for it. I see that she is a good employee and the company doesn't want to loose her. her attitude to work is enough to take her far.

If a company is not paying salary continuously 03 months and he has asked many times about the salary but could not get ant responce from HR/Finance deptt. of company .Before joining other concern,so for his and family life he has joined other company,
in that can an employee join other concern without giving resignation

Such employee can join other company in such case but he should not only send his resignation letter sighting the reason as non payment of salary but also he should go to Local Labour Commissioner to recover his pending salaries and other benefits.

i am working in company, 8 months before management told me that they will send me onsite, but they did not even though there is a opportunity, they want to send some other guy instead of me,so in this case what do i do......... i feel its going intentional
i did not get my appraisal yet, i completed 1year 4months ,........generally they gave appraisal for 1 year ( hered from my colleague ) .............i asked my manager about appraisal last week , he said it will be in FEBRUARY 1 WEEK...

well Tanya is ready to pay and forgo her entire salary for the month, but the company states that they want her to pay them in a few lakhs, as they sent her to europe, for training which was 3 weeks 5months prior, when she was back, she did train and implement all the necessary processes, now these new tactics to make her feel even more miserable, due to ehich she is not able to work in another company.... is this fair? she has not signed any bond, or any agreement before her trip to europe, but still its not like they sent her to yale or harvard for 6 - 8 months........... what are your thoughts on this?
