You should never inform the interviewer that you are looking for a change becoz you didn't get a hike from two years. Just put in in a general way that you are looking for better opportunities and to explore the HR areas.
Never ever tell anything bad about your previous employer as it may even lead to a rejection of your candidature.
Good Luck.

Dear All,
Request your suggestions plzzzz...
I view to the above discussion, After continous follow up of three months for salary hike I have not recevied a single till yet. Though after all the talk with my manager, he didnt even replyed negetive but not also positive. On top of all this now my senior are putting pressure on me for recruitment & certain other issues. They keep on finding ways to over load me with unnecessary work. My director shout & yells at me on top of his voice without any reason, coz of this I really feel insulting. Since, last two years I have been sincerely working working without any salary rise, no appreciation for the work done, no motivation & no bonus. I'm fed up with all this. I'm simply not interested to work in this firm. The way my employers behave with me it hurts after working so hard for them.
Now I have dicided to resign giving 25 days notice. As if i wont they wont process my PF & remaining days salary. I also feel like taking some legal action on them. Can I do that ?????? Today I'll be intimating my employers about my resignation. Shall I mention salary reason & their rude behavior. And no proper infrastructure, no career growth & development. It is ok..........
Please help me on this.............

Hi Prakriti,
Good work must always be appreciated. If you've put in your best & still not getting the minimum then you should've moved forward long time back. Now since you have finally decided to move you must stick to your decision. What I would suggest you here is whenever you leave from any organization a proper exit is must but since you mentioned that they would not be processing your salary (if you're sure else proper exit must be done) then you do not need to bother about the notice period as well.
At times, this is the way of management to force the employee to leave when:
1) They cannot afford such costly employees (In some companies-usually start ups or financially troubled companies-HR people are considered as Non Performing Assets) when they can have people on same profile & same work but much cheaper.
2) You're not justifying the salary you're being paid.
3) They take you for granted since they are aware that you're not confident & active enough to fight your own rights so it's been a rule since ages to bully the weaker or quiter ones.
What I would suggest it either to make them realize your value to them or leave gracefully. There's no point working at such place where you have detached yourself from. Now you should aggressively look for a new fit for yourself elsewhere.
You must know a right candidate always would find a place somewhere. Nobody lets the right talent go. Make a place for yourself even if they do not have a vacancy.
Best Wishes to you!

Dear Sir,
First of all you have experience as you wrote in your mail then you have to apply for another job.
Secondly being a HR Senior you can ask from your Employer about your bonus and other facility .
Please do not confuse in this matter.

Dear Prakriti.
All interviewers knows, why a candidate is willing to leave the present organization, although he/ she is much comfortable in the present organization??
In interview's, need not to tell any negative feedback about the present organization.
You just tell that "i am looking for good/ better opportunity then the present organization"
Pray to god and be positive. Surely the Almighty will help you.
