As per the provisions of Rule 2(f) of EPF Scheme,Employee whose pay is less than Rs 6,500 per month is covered under the Act.Employees drawing salary exceeding Rs.6500 are not covered under the scheme. At the same time the Contribution limited to salary of Rs 6,500 p. m, but higher contribution permissible.Employer is liable to pay contribution only on salary of Rs 6,500, though employer can voluntarily contribute more (as extra employee benefit).
In any case the employer can not enforce any of its employee/s drawing salary exceeding Rs.6,500 to participate in the scheme. However the employees should appreciate the thinking of employer that he is realy trying to save something by this wat.

After the 6500 basic a employee can be exempted from EPFO. If the employee’s emoluments exceed Rs. 6,500/- per month, he has the option to join the Scheme(s) with the consent of employer.
is your company is deduction the pf on full basic.
If your management want to be deduct the pf from all employee thats gud employee have be happy for this becoz it is the beneficial for the employee end.
