If they give you salary slip and on it the said stupidity is done then.
First give reference of the Act which deals with it and clear the minds of the HR deptt. If still they do not rearrange the system then ask for the slip which shows ESI deduction from your salary. Now you have the evidence and can go to any ESIC officer of your region.
