dear mr pramod what are the components of his FFS ? You can only hold his last salary and leave payment as also incentives. You can file a police complaint for the fraud committed by him.

Dear Sir/Mam,
My question is from employee point of view, what legal action an employee can take if the employer refuses to pay the last salary of an employee after terminating the service (without any notice on performance basis).
