Further give your 100% concentration on your present job. You will surely succeed and you can prove that you can do better than anyone else. Never get disheartened.

Hey
The senior members have already shown you the path. No it’s your turn to walk on it. I am not an experienced professional but willing to add over here as I am going through the rough patch but have decided to fight against it. Here I would like to add two things which are required now.
1. Focus on your current job and to enhance your skills by undertaking courses. You can opt for online courses which do not demand much time and are available free of cost. This thing will surely boost up your confidence.
2. And if you feel like going back for secure career, do prepare for banking exams as you will get additional benefit of being a previous bank officer. Go for IPBS or other banking exams. The last date is January 20, 2012.
Last but not the least the most important part is your inner strength. Keep yourself motivated as there are ways to come out of the problems.
Take care.

Dear Mr. Mulla Gouse,

"YE KHUDA HAR FAISALA TERE MUJHE MANZOOR HAI" yahi samaj ke chaloo chaahe kitne bhi MAJBOOREE hoo

At the outset, first STOP CRYING and believe in ALMIGHTY. He brought you in this world and its his responsibility to take care of you but, it doesn't mean that, you have to sit idle or keep cursing your fate.

Since you are a muslim, i suggest you perform your obligatory prayers IN-TIME. You will be blessed by ALMIGHTY for sure.

PLEASE CONTROL YOUR BRAIN BEFORE IT STARTS CONTROLLING YOUUUU

I had understood your current scenario and I don't want to write anything that will definitely DE-MOTIVATE you.

1) First, accept your MISTAKE that, you had left your GOVT. JOB just for the sake of earning LITTLE MORE MONEY. This shows that, you evaluate your future based on the package offered to you, which cannot be a PERMANENT JOB as there is NO JOB SECURITY.

2) Second, whatever you think, you will become the same. Hence stop considering yourself as WEAK and ELIMINATE this word from your BRAIN.

3) Do not give importance to any kind of THREATS you receive from your NEW MANAGEMENT except FOCUSING ON YOUR OUTPUT. "NEVER GIVE UP, WHATSOEVER MAY HAPPEN"

4) Develop a habit of TAKING RISK and continue further to demonstrate your CAPABILITIES. You can measure your TALENT by studying your CAPABILITY Vs CHALLENGES. You have to overcome hurdles without falling prey to others words.

5) Learn, how to sell your TALENT. You are a HUMAN CAPITAL - the BIGGEST ASSET of your ORGANISATION. You are IN-EXPENSIVE than MONEY available in this world and MONEY can'T BUY HUMAN CAPITAL nor it can give BIRTH to them.

6) I believe you are doing something better than what you were doing earlier as PO. Whatever happens, it happens for good. Its time to UNLEASH YOUR HIDDEN TALENT and proceed further.

GOOD LUCK.

With profound regards
