Presently, I am pursuing PGDM in HR & Operations. I am currently in an internship, and in 2 months, I will be in the job market. My background is in B.Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering). I am very interested in payroll and the manufacturing industry. I have heard that the manufacturing industry is not good for girls. Is this correct? I have received training in HRMS payroll and BI, and I am keen on starting my career in payroll. However, I have not come across any payroll openings for freshers yet. What should I do? I am feeling quite anxious about my career. Please provide me with your valuable suggestions.
