Even if the contractual workers are working in non core activities it is better to follow the minimum wage of the scheduled industry in which they are employed.

I recently join bulk drug manufacturing factory. Please help me with minimum wages for contract labour employees.
And Operators (production department) will come in which category? Kindly guide me if any website is there for getting information about same.
