Hi All Seniors, Let us stop posting this type of article as I feel not worth spending time as we need to guide, train, more on the juniors who were waiting for us to reply in many important doubts they are posting on day to day basis. Since this has been posted in this forum, I feel Mr.Abhay has to provide more details called for. Then only anything meanigful can be done.
But I do wonder how can it happen whereevr he got employed? Something seems to be f wrong.
At the same time, Mr Abhay may feel, its impossible to provide all details here. It would be wise if he can reply personally to at least one of the Seniors here so he can be helped if the complaint is genuine.

I am not clear with your briefings above kindly brief it well and notably you are working in India i do not believe this happens in India you might had got some wrong information (Gossips) please try to understand the physical relationship does not fetch the particular employee to higher grades do you all citehrians believe this and accept this?????
For your kind information i have good respect on women more or less 200 Women workers are working in my company i did not find even 1 case as on such now.....

I m surprised reading your response. Honestly speaking I m not convinced with the explanation you have put forward. Also refrain from using abusive words, this is a respectable forum.

You are 26 years matured man, with good education and positive career ahead of you. As you mentioned 3 big mnc's wanted you to have intimate relationship with your female colleagues is unacceptable, illogical and undigestable. Morever in India, however we are advanced, India still remains a conservative / hypocritical country with respect to pre marital sex.

Even assuming that you have recieved sexual advances from many girls in your 3 employments, you can politely turn down thier advances and concentrate on your job. Management would be concerned with your boardroom performance not bedroom's !

Commonly women have been victims of sexual harassment at more general levels as compared to men, incase of men its more out of obsession of one - two women on personal levels.

You mentioned that you went to IPS officer to complain about such harassment and hacking of your account, trust me, whether your are big shot or commoner police will take your complain seriously unless you are complaining against some big politician than I can understand.

Certain points from your narration which I m not convinced are :

Management after your life to have sex

Bunch of girls chasing you

There are plenty of good professionals your company can hire, you are not the only superstar, showman working in the company.

There are enough handsome boys in your city, you can tell those girls to chase them.

I had gone through your reply and i would request you to have control over yourself.

a ) I had also noted few points where your issue was not taken for granted just because you are "MALE" else it would have been a very serious issues in the history of INDIAN EMPLOYERS/MNC's.

b) I truly wonder how come FEMALES EMPLOYEES are executing as planned by their superiors. We all need to consider TWO SIDES OF THE COIN, before we could arrive to relative conclusion.


We are trying to counsel you to gather facts that could help us to understand the whole scenario. There should be some logic for you being targeted and we haven't got any clue as why your employers had chosen you for such kind of treatment.

All i can is that, you please try to answer our queries. Lets have fruitful discussions rather we exchange filthy information.

Would you mind answering to my queries



1. "Is this happening only with you or any other guys in your current and previous organisations?"

2. "None of the employees are aware of whats happening with you?"

3. "Did you receive any kind of support from your co-workers/colleagues?"

4. "Did you reveal this information to anyone else apart from POLICE"?


Please provide us logical information. You can personally talk any of the senior members, perhaps you can meet Mr. Dinesh Divekar as he is residing in BANGALORE. Reveal everything you have with you.

Kindly do consider my request and proceed further. We shall arrive at productive/effective conclusion for your issues @ workplace only if we are convince else none can help you dude.

it really looks absurd to me to hear that employer forces physical relationship with women. I do not think this could happen in any company, let alone any MNC. Every company is conscious of their social standing and definitely will not do what you have expressed.
I sincerely feel you should consult a psychiatrist immediately and find out why you feel like this. Better take action quickl.

Forcing physical relation with women or rather to be precise giving women for getting work done apart from bribe is not a new thing in indian context, from my friend in my 11/12 std i used to hear stories that there was one particular license inspector who had to be given a pros**** for signing on the permit for liquor shops, my friend had a country liquor shop, even in many corporates they actually encourage or sort of instead of encouraging it is mentioned that in corporate world if you ever receive sexual favors do not reject it, (read in internet from an undisclosed location, which cant be said here) usually such things happen in most MNC parties, esp BPO IT cos, because I have seen that employers deliberately arrange such parties in pubs, discos, and then you find so many couples in compromising positions and giving chance for future escapades. :)

Today also under the covers many MNC s or other companies while entering into contracts, negotiations do use entertainment, girls etc to get things done easier. So what Mr. Abhay told cannot be neglected totally, this i realized when i remembered the incident of my friends exp of liquor shop permit renewal.

AND mind it members here freely discuss and encourage DATING ALLOWANCE ,,, ring any bells??? search for dating allowance in citehr,,, and see how many members so called ELITE HR people support it, now tell me how can there be dating without sex? almost 95% of dating ends in sex....

Wat is ur intention,
U have some inbuilt problem,
U have mentioned that this is the 3rd MNC that you have been forced into a situation like this
Why u have to loose your JOB just because of this reason
Wat did u when u faced this situation in the first 2 companies
Still there are so many questions
Either come with Query Clear or Else stay away please..

Hello Abhay,
I feel you have to change your industry to some manufacturing or even Defense Forces you may try...
Or else stood up and reveal the companies and also the Managers who is forcing you for this sin(only in your view).
Here you can do a couple of things.
stood up and publish the names and as well as you employee no. and all details with solid evidence or else you will fall into big trouble as this will be a case of character assassination ad company defacing issue.
Or else go with the flow as you have got a rare chance as many of the guys is just praying for a chance like this...
Or else you may join some social holistic groups or organizations were there is no such things happens.
Or else as i said change the industry
Or else take the help of a counselor to understand whats the real issue.
