1) I need to prepare overall HR process related with the functions of HR in respect to our org. my company's strength is between 50-100.
2) Except me, Head HR is there in my company. He has given me this task to prepare the HR process, although he is very supportive but i don't want to take his help in this. want to prepare this from my own. but as i am a fresher so facing a bit difficulty.
But yes, with the help of cite HR and u ppl. i have already stated preparing the HR process.
one more thing i am new member on cite HR as well. Even i need to know about the functions of this Cite.
