" Will you clarify the very purpose of designating employee as "Consultant"?, in general a consultant works for specific assignment, need not be work as general employee and scope of work and payment terms clearly difined in 'Agreement "in govt stipulated paper.

1. Should we provide offer letter as professional consultant with designation to perspective candidate?
2. Should we mention Designation and Key Responsibility Area to in contract agreement?
