This is Neha Sachdev , working as an Assistant Manager HR for AVL India Technical Centre , Udyog Vihar , Gurgaon .
I have to plan a day outing for my team ( 110 employees in total ) next month . The employees are Motor Mechanics , Test Bed operators , Technicians , Engineers , Skill Engineers , Project Leaders as well as General managers .
I need to know the places where we can take them and keep them engaged and busy . Have team building exercises for them .
This outing should include transport , lunch and tea as well .
The outing time is 8:30 AM departure from Office
The Return Time : 4:45 PM arrival back at office
Please let me know if you have any place or anything you can suggest for this team size and varied employees .

I am planning a trip for my employees this September, and we are going to Pratapgarh Farms in Jhajjar. The costing would be around Rs 1000 to Rs 1200, all-inclusive.
There are also other places you can take your employees to, such as Camp Mustang, Damdama Lake, etc., all of which are near Gurgaon.
