This is Neha Sachdev, working as an Assistant Manager HR for AVL India Technical Centre, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. I have to plan a day outing for my team (110 employees in total) next month. The employees are Motor Mechanics, Test Bed Operators, Technicians, Engineers, Skill Engineers, Project Leaders, as well as General Managers.
I need to know the places where we can take them and keep them engaged and busy. We should have team-building exercises for them. This outing should include transport, lunch, and tea as well.
The outing time is 8:30 AM departure from the office. The return time is 4:45 PM arrival back at the office.
Please let me know if you have any place or anything you can suggest for this team size and varied employees.

I am planning a trip for my employees this September, and we are going to Pratapgarh Farms in Jhajjar. The cost would be around Rs 1000 to Rs 1200, all-inclusive.
There are also other places you can take your employees to, such as Camp Mustang, Damdama Lake, etc., all of which are near Gurgaon.
