It's very useful and an excellent format. Please advise on the procedure if an employee has taken Earn Leave or Paid Leave during the month, as in my company, we only have two types of leaves: Paid Leave and Casual Leave.

Thank you for sharing a wonderful attendance format. In addition to your work, I would like to suggest that in the attendance format you have provided for half-day or full-day presence. If an employee is present for half a day and takes EL/SL/CL leave, there is currently no option to mark half-day sanctioned leave. It would be more helpful if you could also include columns for present days and payable days separately. Additionally, please consider adding a column for marking paid holidays. Columns labeled as terminated or with no information may be removed as they are not necessarily required.
