I think the definition of "Employee" covers the domestic help too:
Section 2(n)“Employee” means a person employed for any work directly, or by or through any agency (including a contractor), with or without the knowledge of the principal employer, whether for remuneration or not, or working on a voluntary basis, whether the terms of employment are express or implied, and includes any person employed as a temporary, casual, badli, piece-rated or contract worker, probationer, trainee, apprentice or by any other name called;

Hi,

Can anyone clarify my doubt... If a male employee sexually harasses a female employee, is it possible to terminate him immediately? If it is possible, please send the letter format.

Dear Anupam, If any employee is proved guilty of Sexual Harassment at workplace, the employee for sure is subjected to termination. Regards, Rahul Chhabra
