as per norms of professionalism it is a very simple to approach your boss, say sorry & request to make u join but practically it is tough to do so and it will be very much tough to survive in the company.
so, friend as per my opinion you should search job in other company. if you have talent you will be recognised. so dont worry n put your best.

Iam in the same situation. I was working with one of the top IT MNCs till Feb 201o. I quit the organization in haste and that too without any job. That time, I was in total frustrated mood beacause of many reasons. That went more disastrous when I had to look for a new job. People had many questions and I was jobless for 4 months. Now, Iam working with a small organization which is not really of my likes. Now, I have realised my mistakes and hoping of the good. But, I would definitely not choose going back to the same organization.

Hi buddy,
Never get back to your old company. No need of apologizing, but try to keep good relationship with him henceforth. IT wont be good and supportive as u think even if he offers you the job. Try outside, after all its just a learning process which U have already learn't and know ur mistakes. These experience will take u to great heights in new company. As far as friends and colleagues are concerned, in new org also u will get along. So rock on.......Keep going

See dear same happned with me but i thought its a part of life Up and down are common. I started with consultancy i have joined HR consultancy and iam polishing my self with knowledge but i wont go in my previous company look ahead.....

Going back to the same organisation is the most stupid thing... b'cos
whenever one person is leaving on his own / or because for some contradictory reason , your ex-manager would have blamed you in your absense umpteen number of times (this happens on many occassions in many offices). And there would have been a wrong impression built up by your ex-manager. Thus your second visit will be viewed not in good taste.

I finally took decision, i have forwarded my CV to HR of My company, They will surely ask my reporting manager.
Now, let them call me.
I wont beg in front of them .

Dear Friend,
I know some people do take emotional decision such as yours. First thing I appreciate your attitude i.e. realizing your mistake and admitting it at first instance; secondly making effort to correct it. This is exactly where one's improvement starts.
You can try to collect his mobile no. and talk to him. Otherwise you can even write to him if you have his mail id with you.
However, joining in the same organization and working under him is not advisable. Some people don't easily forget the past. It requires strenuous effort to make them understand what really went wrong. I only tell you to be a good friend of your ex-boss; It may so happen that he might join your company again as your boss, you would not know.
There is nothing to loose in this exercise, and atleast you will have satisfaction in reviving a sour relation.

Dear Mr. Krishna,
I could understand your situation. You have also done the same error as the other friend did.

Anytime in your life, do not take emotional decision. Decision must always be based on the data. We as HR people must have high degree of endurance.

Lesson No.1 : Do not confront your peer / subordinate / colleague
Lesson No. 2 : Do not quit your job unless you have an offer in hand
Lesson No. 3 : Do not keep idle till you get a job. Atleast do some
computer course or something.

When you do not have job, in any interview, you will be questioned about your "hasty quitting". Even if you give satisfactory reply, you will have to sell yourself for lesser salary than you might deserve; You will also be constrained to take up the job because you are jobless. That is exactly what had happened in your case.

But, do not get frustrated. Try to learn what new things your current job can offer you. Be sincere and loyal to your job. Your attitude towards your job certainly will fetch you a job of your taste, if not today, atleast in future.
