Dear seniors and Forum members,
I thank you all for taking out your time and providing your valuable suggestions. I agree in principal that loyalty cannot be purchased. I would like to highlight that our organization emphasis a lot on employee satisfaction and benefits due to which we have controlled attrition of only 2%. There is lot of focus and development of in-house talent for nurturing tomorrow’s leaders.
The current situation is that we have identified key resources among our staff considering lot of parameters out of which dedication, tenure and their commitment towards work and the company are also few areas which have helped us decide to categorise them in key kitty.
The Management would now like to reward them with something that not only recognises their efforts and commitment but also motivates them to work with us for years to come.
