Hello sir, I want to know about basic in a salary slip. Does it depend on the company? I mean, can they put in the salary slip as per they want? My salary is 16k, but they are showing 1000k basic and 15000 HRA in the salary slip. Is it right? Please reply. Thank you, sir.
