Hi, If a technician getting a salary of 14000 and an incentive of 2000(vary of monthly performance), his incentive is applicable for PF ?

#Anilskoda No. The incentive is not applicable for PF as it is calculated on Basic+DA. But ESI is applicable on incentive as it is calculated on gross salary.

If any employee's Gross Salary is 18000/- and Basic is 12400/- + HRA and other Allowance is 5600 + Variable Pay Rs. 100 to 15000 depending upon performance and target achievements. Suppose he gets an incentive of 8000 in April 2024. So, How much are PF deduction and ESIC deductions?
