2) Front desk or tellecallers (if any)
3) Administration
Besides this , recruitmetn , PIP ( Performance Improvement Program,) an dremoval of non performars at specific intervals goes without saying.

Dont confuse with the functions of HR. just think the basics:
whatever relates to the Manpower in a company is HR. The basic functions are:
Recruitment
Development
Retention
Separation
All the sub department which my freinds have deliberated comes under these heads.
Recruitment - Strategic function - understanding the business requirement and providing the required manpower in sufficient quantity and quality at the right time. The basic inductiona dn training comes in this phase.
Development - The heads coming under this function are T&D, talent management, competency mapping, perf mgmt, etc
Retention - All the Comp & Benefits, career planning, administration etc
Separation - the separation benefits and formalities

Talent Acquisition team takes care the Recruitment & Selection and
Talent Management team takes care of the Lifecycle Management of every employee in the organization i.e. right from joining to separation of the employee.
