Dear Sonia,
We should go through the Central & State Govt. gazette notifications regularly for having updates on various labour laws. One can use the respective labour department site although it has been observed that the person responsible do not update the govt. departmental sites regularly. Some of our members also take pains in updating our knowledge in this regards. So daily go through the CiteHR postings.
