Hi Avik! Greetings of the day!
I have been working in HR for the last 9 years and do not have any location preference. Currently, I am working with an MNC in the Retail sector and am looking for a change. Can you help me? I am from Kolkata and have completed my MBA in HR.
Thank you.

Hi Doc! Greetings of the day!
Are you also from an HR background? If yes, please suggest what is the possibility of getting an opportunity in the USA in HR, Admin, or Corporate Communications coordination. I have overseas job experience too.
How is the situation in the USA based on the global recession?

Supriya

Hi Jansi, I totally agree that there is no better option than to gather knowledge from books and make a nice resume highligting your knowledge of core HR activities.

Dear Jansi,
I disagree with people who say that no additional qualification is required. As an HR Manager, would you appoint a person with different skills than the job he applies for? I am sure your answer is no. If you are keen on pursuing an HR job, you must attend additional training/workshops. A nice opportunity is coming up in December, which aims to impart the knowledge required for day-to-day performance. The certificate program will be a valuable addition to your resume. Practice everything that equips you to be a successful HR generalist. For details, call 080 69999354. All the best...
