Dear Alok,
It's very easy. Complete your Form 19 and Form 10C in all respects along with a copy of all written communications, and send them to RPFC. They will get it signed by your employer. It is the employer's responsibility to write to your employer; otherwise, the employer may be contacted by RPFC for clarification. They will inform you that no one can stop the payment which falls under the social security scheme.

It is the duty of the employer under the Act and Scheme to help the Employees' Provident Fund organization settle the Provident Fund dues of their employees. When a member finds it difficult to get the form attested by the employer, they can seek attestation from any of the following officers and send it to the Provident Fund office:
1. Manager of a bank.
2. Any gazetted officer.
3. Member of the Central Board of Trustees/Committee/Regional Committee (Employees' Provident Fund Organization).
4. Magistrate/Post/Sub Post Master/President of Village Panchayat/Notary Public.
