Why not tigers and lions as employees, if we decide to see organizations as jungles?
Why only comparing with submissive domestic animals?
Today, in a highly competitive environment, organizations could well be compared with jungles, as it is difficult to find the right direction, many uncertainties exist, you need to compete with MNCs, foreign products, etc. etc.
We need lion/tiger types too.

This is absulately true of the Boss’s expectation. But you know what - when you are in the position of Boss will be same minded as the Boss was in the story.
