sir,
i am working with one of the prominent manufacturing sector organizations in the HR department.
i am interested in understanding the process of implementation of PCMM in this sector, the problems one would have to deal with in its implementation. i would be really thankful to you if you could shed some light in this area.

Hi Kanishka
I must say ur experience in PCMM project sounds very exciting to me.
and i am all the more charged up because very son i am goin to be a part of the same at my company.
But i hardly have any experience or detailed knowledge on it.
so i want to soak up enough information as i can so that im well informed abut the subject
I m collecting reading material on it but then there are certain limitations wen you are implementing it
So i would appreciate if you could share your experience on the same and mail me the presentations or any material that you have on PCMM at .
It would really be very helpful to me
Many thanks
