what should be my ideal salary break up structure, considering basic,hra,pf,travel allowance,car and allowance,medical,performance bonus,entertainment allowance.

I am working in a company which is a pvt ltd company. My working hours is morning 10am to evening 8pm(1pm to 2pm lunch) and they are paying me 4500pm + 500TA & they told me that your proves-ion period will be of 6months or it can be stretched to 1year. Is it a proper way under companies act 1956. Or if this is wrong where can i protest. Please reward this in my mail .

For a small private/partnership firm with 15 employees ,is it compulsory to set aside a sum for PF,medical and other allowances?will it be okay if the owner only pays basic salary and the travelling allowance and only these two are mentioned in the salary slips of the employees?

Please suggest is any mandatory rule for Pvt. Co. to giving HRA, FOT Fixed Over Time), OSA (Out Station Allowance ) . My condition is , i am a permanent employee of M/S Tarapore & Co.,in jamshedpur, Every Employee whether Permanent case of emporary case is getting HRA,FOT and other allownces but in my case , for meeting the requirement of Minimum wages only getting basic & DA .
is there any rule to claim in labour dept. please suggest.

I have started private limited company in IT/Software domain. Currently we have 4-5 employees. From upcoming financial year we want to decide a proper salary structure starting from Director to low level employees. So can you suggest a structure as per latest rules or ploicies. Currently we will not be providing any medical and all. Also please suggest rules regarding PF. How can we start them and when !!
If possible please provide two examples of structure having salaries 20K/month & salary 60K/month.
