No need to procure sub-code under EPF for different state, but ESIC is compulsory to registered/ procure sub-code for different state as well as district-wise also due to benefit of local employees point of view.

Dear Dilip Nandanwar,
Since Employer and his IPs have unique identities now-a-days, district-wise or state-wise registration is not necessary. Local persons can be attached to the local ESI Dispensary. For that employer's registration of that area is not necessary.
