Hi All,

First of thanks to everyone for contributing and helping me this much.

Background- I joined the company in HYD in Dec 2007. They said that the first three months are probation and you will be paid 60% of salary in that period and the rest 40 % will be paid after the completion of three months. first the company did not pay this remaining amount on time and paid in the month of Aug 2008, that too in parts and not a lumpsum.

Then, in Oct 2008, they put a notice on the notice board stating that from Oct 2008, everyone will be paid 60% of salary and the remaining will be paid in April 2009. I put down my papers in the month of Mar 2009 and worked till May 2009 as two month notice.

When they given me the relieving letter they said that we will be paying the money in next pay cycle. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY TILL DATE.
I went so many time to talk to them they just keep on saying next month, next month

Right now i am not in HYD and i am writing them mails. but there is no response to them.

Dear All,
Even I faced the same problem. I was working with a recruitment consultancy in chennai. They never paid the salary on time and they didnt give the confirmation after the probation. There was no CL/EL/SL for any employee. They run this consultancy in shop act. We all employees quit from there and we have not received our last month salary. Every on eof us faced this problem. I have proper releaving letter and bank details for the salary credited. I have already sent a legal notice but still no response from them. Instead they threaten they know some one from crime dept so that none of us can do them anything.
Advice me on this.
Regards,
Godwin SR
