SO THAT IT SEF IS A ADULTERY COMPANY. BETTER YOU LEAVE THE COMPANY.
NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. IF ANY OF YOUR CERTIFICATES OR LYING WITH THE DEFAULTER COMPANY ISSUE A LAWYER NOTICE.
ONE MORE THING DO NOT SEND YOUR RESIGNATION LETTER LET THEM REMOVE YOU.

Thank you for raising such issues as It has been happening in Ahmedabad in many Pvt Ltd & HR Consultancies.
This seems that the employer which you working for find reasons to knocks out people as they may say you didnt performe so
we would not pay you !! Many HR Consultancies in Ahmedabad do such FALSE PRACTICES of Not Giving Offer Letter / Appointment Letter, while doing so they tends to pressurise Boys/ Girls to give their performance regardless of anything !!
Here, in Ahmedabad, Labour Law officers hardly visits small or big corporates & wouldn't help you at all.
Anyways, just kick off such Visa Immigration Consultants & pls let me know what are your Educational Qualifications.
I am Manager - HR in IT company but have few sources where you could go & give your best in interview.
"DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME in Such Crap so called professional company.
As other members said, "JUST BE GOOD UNTILL THE YOU DONT GET OTHER JOB ON HAND" & Then never return to that company.
