Dear Deepali,
our oraganization is in freight forwarding business, we have started PF for our epmloyees and mangement has decided that whose salary is above 10,000.00 their PF share ( Employer's Contribution) will be dedecut from their salary . Is it according to PF rules.
One more thing about the PF ( Form No. 2) , employee who is bachulor can mention his brother name in the name of Nominee column , and PART -B of the same form ,there are two PARA , which para has to be fill by the bacholore person

Hi Nirmal,
it is wrong. The management contribution can be restricted to Rs.6500/-. the employer contribution cannot be deducted from the employee salary. In most of the companies the employer contribution is shown as part of COST TO THE COMOPANY (CTC). If it is like that it is o.K.

HI I am new in Hr & want to confirm that except PF & ESI what are the other benefits which deduct & can add in the employees a/c & what is TDS stand for & how much % is for this. Kavita

Waiting for reply, if someone is unmarried ,in this case in can to whom he should make the nominee either his brohther whose is married or his father whose age is around 58 and his mother is already expired .
