Hi Shilpa,
I observed and learnt the following from the winners:

1. Leadership - leading from the front.
2. Enthusiasm - unending.
3. Team work- each member of the Indian team was seen "focussed".
4. Karm Kiye Ja mat kar parwah phal ki.

5. Focussed mind- complete concentration and innovative thinking.I will never forget this Indian Team winnning the World Cup. Even the selectors are stunned with the victory. When you carry the label of Great India You should not consider anything else other than "MERIT". But it has never been so in India. Outside influences and self interests rule the selection of sports teams which represent India at International forums. INDIA comes first , there after only something else. That should be the Attitude of selectors. My belief is that there is no dearth of excellent players in India. Only God can give them SANITY.

Hi Shilpa,
Congratualtions to you and all cricket lovers.
i do agree with your mentioned points.
We should give chance to all level people. whom we generally ignore.
In yesterday match Dhoni had rightly used bowler Joginder who bowled last over in match. i read in todays paper Dhoni was saying Joginder was thirsty to perfom in international match and an experience player like Bhaji was not confident to play a yoker. Dhoni understood the same and took right decision.

yes. It is really thirling. one thing we all can know from this, that is if we do hard work and team work in dedicated manner then no doubt the luck also will be in our favour but without above if we believe only luck then we will be a failyer.

Hi Pushpa.. whatever you said is really very true.. it was the statement which i liked most.. that if one is eager to make a career then he must have that much enthusiasm.. to keep the title under his belt.. and Joginder sharma proved that..
