Thank you Satya sir for your good wishes and the valuable information..ya i have joined this organisation on dec 2010 and i have 6 month experience of only time office and here many things i learn which i have not learn in previous organisation but here i would like to say m lucky for working in MNC COMPANY. my previous and recent both are MNC company.here i learn many things.........now m planning to suggest employee benfit ppt to my boss as well as employee satisfaction survey..i have prepare questionnaire..as well as ppt..now i want what else should i suggest to my boss........i think these two things are not enough.......here i am confuse about.......my two suggestion which i am going to suggest my boss i.e about employee satisfaction survey as well as about employee benefit.......if i am suggesting them to apply this policy in our hr....... i am working here in hr..on probation.....then we have to apply on all over india 16 branches........it will be big cost and hard to take survey....so what to do?should i suugest this two things or not? or what else i can suggest them...here i have to handle only nashik 50 people.....so its not hard to me do me here in nashik.........thast why m thinking to suggest these things to my boss.........sir plz guide me for this.......:(

Thanks for inputs about your exp in your present and past company.

Let me tell you some points where u can focus and can recognized in front of your management, Doing Employee surveys and giving PPT presentation will not sufficient for making your boss for Happy, he should feel proud of you after completing your personal meeting with your "BOSS"

1) Propose more salary components which are non taxable

2) Propose Gratuity thorugh LIC and add this to your CTC component

3) Reduce Man hours and increase the productivity

4) Go for internal Employee Surveys

5) Increase the friendly nature within Organization

6) Opt for Voice of Employees

7) Do Fun @ Work activities on every week ends

8) Guest Lecture from Best Universities Lectures

9) Create Policies, discuss with all HOD's

10) Increase the Employee Welfare acitivities

11) Propose Two days work shop within Organization, where you will give solution for the meeting goes on

12) Do Monthly meetings about the growth of Organization (small get together event) and award the Best

Employee Award for Attendance, Project Work etc.,

Mainly want to know some more for you that ki, what you had prepared in PPT Presentation which you want to show to your boss

Hope by seeing the above said points you can frame more to present your boss

Satya sir i have one more query about gratuity and retirement plan..these two things i want to suggest ma boss but as i share my company information my company is Thailand based MNC company so i m thinking they may not be agree to pay this things so i just want your suggestion should i suggest them this 2 things and how? Because i have no idea about what are the conditions are held to apply this things i know the eligibility..

Hi Pragati,

Let it be a US / Thailand / German Based, they are working with Indians and being an Indian try to give all the possibilites and support to Inidan Employees and as well see that your Mgmt would appreciate.

Y i am saying u this because, your comp might got register under Indian Shops and Establishment Act in India though your HO at Thailand. so dont worry abt this and see the facility u give to your Employees / colleagues and where your MGMT will be happy with your approach / performance

Coming to Gratuity and Retirement Plan / Supper Annuation Plan, which ever is benefit to Employees implement this and before implementation discuss with Employees, bcoz by doing this their take home income will be less.

So be presentive and post this info very carefully.

Before talking with Employees discuss with LIC Gratuity Office People about Gratuity and Super Annuation then present it to your Colleagues and Employer

Here let me tell you one more thing, what ever plan you are making just add it to CTC Component and take approval, so need of paying extra from Management for those two benefits. if not Convince your MGMT for paying the said component apart from CTC.

might be bit hard-hitting but try to Implement this and you will recognize with your Employer and Colleagues.

sir i want to know the difference between gratuity through company or through LIC..is there any benefit if i will suggest my boss gratuity can be paid through LIC..Here my organization not giving gratuity through LIC .i search here Gratuity benefit through LIC. but exactly what are the basic things which we can not get through company but we can get through Lic?

Hi Pragati,
coming to Company & LIC, lots of difference there, like
1)Company: if any Employee work his/her tenure with present Employer without any break for (5 years or 4 years 6 months 1 day eligible for total 5 yrs of gratuity fund) then he is eligible for Gratuity payment.
2) LIC: Employee paying from his salary and depositing through Company at LIC gratuity fund, then he is eligible for getting the payment even if he serves for 6 months and above.
This is the difference between Company and LIC Gratuity Office

Satya sir...can i suggest grievance handling procedure should be there in my organization.. recently 2 issues going on in my branch for that i had given my best to solve this but still its going the issues like my senior who is in pune i have to contact them if in case if any employee from nasik branch has complete his probation period and he should get the confirmation letter..but because of heavy work load they are not giving me that confirmation letter of that nasik branch person simultaneously the issues like production department person issue like his monthly mobile bill deduction which he is not using now at the time of joining this organization he mean that production person were using that sim now before 2 years he have been submitted that sim and using another still that bill payment deduction is done through production department person salary. so to solve this kind of issue we have to implement grievance handling procedure right what you think sir about this plz reply..before that i would like to tell you my company is leading in poultry business so can i suggest to implement this procedure in poultry bussiness.here these issue are very small there are many more so kindly suggest me which is the proper way to solve this...??? because i have talk about this issue with my Gm Still issue is going on
