what is NSS form? i went to withdraw the my PF fund and closed the A/c. then hr told me u have to fill the NSS form waht is ? could any body hekp me.

The NSS form Mean ( National Social Security), we are using that the form while withdrawing the money in EPF, that is for nomination cum photo identify proof.
