I am pursuing MBA from Amity as distance learning. I am working in a real estate organization in ADMIN department and also taking care of hr responsibilities such as scheduling interviews, joining formalities and also having bit knowledge of pf, esi etc. But I want to learn more apart from few .I am very much interested to make my career in HR but thing is that how can I learn more? It will take two year of time to complete my MBA .Please advice me .

Thanks for your reply. I am working with Real Estate industry.Yes there is HR department in my organization. And there is about 78 employes working in head office and the total no. of employees is 1004 approx. Indeed i have a very good circle in hr. But the hod HR she dont want to pick me from Admin. to HR Department. I have shown my intrest many times in the same or even conveyed to her but hopeless.Or if i will switch somewhere in a new company than i dont think they will consider me as i am new for this.I need a training.
