As fas as know a person can not claim benefits from different insurers for the same issue insured.
If the deceased employee has already got the death compensation under MACT then,I doubt any further compensation can be claimed under any other insurance policy.
Section 3(5) of the Employees Compensation Act states that if a civil suit is filed by an employee claiming damages for any injury then he loses the right to claim compensation under the Employees Compensation Act.
