HRM is the process of bringing people and organization together so that gaols of each are met.
What do you prefer recruitment or selection?
recruitment and selection both are important bcos recruitment is the process of searching candidates and related info. but selection is the final process of choosing the best suitable candidates and rejecting others.
How do you motivate your employees?
For maotivating the employees three things are must:1 Good salary, incentivs. and right promotion. 2 good environment of the organization. 3 appreciation of good work and good supervision.
What is more important to you money or position?
money and position both very important for successful person bcos if you have position, money is possible.
How does you define empowerment?
THE Giving or delgation the power of authority
the giving an abilty, ablement, and permission.
How can you make use of IT in HRM?
IT in HR is very useful bcos in HR it is a metod by which an org. collects analyses and reports info. about people and jobs and prepare forms and formats.
Suggest a training program/workshop for feedback skills?
it mainly depands on the training topics and what type of questionnaire is.

HRM is very important: 1.Providing max. opportunies for personal development.
2.Improving the employee's working skills and capacity.

The appraise should be capable of determining what is more important and what is less important. he should prepare repotrs and make judgements without bias. Typical appraisers are :supervisor, peers, subordinates employees themselves, users of service ad consultants. Performance appraisal all these parties is called 360 appraisal.
Which one is more better mentoring or coaching?
coaching is specific and short term but mentoring is long term and genst. bot are important, depands
How would you terminate an employee who is not performing?
it depands, either you ask to employee or you will give the som warnings.

HRM is a wider term than personnel magt, it is a part of HRM which take care of salary, PF , ESI and legal issues. key relations of personnel magt. with labour magt. but HRM relates with all the things.

Good Evening All !
Thanks a lot to all of you for your help, but i want to share my interview experience of that day,
and my disappointment during the same , also seek your suggestion..
That day my interview was for the Job of HR recuiter co-ordinator at a consultancy. But after looking my resume the interviewer asked me " Do you have any experience in HR before ". I replied that i have no experience in HR but i am having total three years of experience in Vodafone store as customer services executive and one year experience in LIC Housing Finance Ltd. Hearing this he said that you are quite fresher in HR and recuitement is a vast area, we will have to teach you like a kid as we teach a kid ABC in the beginning. and he just gave excuse that i will confirm you later on, after discussing my director. He didn't even ask me any question regarding HR .
I was totally disappointed that day, becoz if a consultancy could not give me the chance to enter in my desired field then how can i ever make my career in HR, becoz everywhere i be considered as a fresher and nobody will consider me eligible to work as Hr . i will be fresher forever in this way, and my other work experience will be of no use and totally worthless.i request you all my respected seniors to kindly suggest me how i can enter in this field, because i have a strong desire and determination to work in HR but not getting any chance to show my calibar and skills for the same.
